Besan Sev, also known as Karasev or simply Sev, is a type of spiced snack that is crunchy and munchy. It is made by transforming Gram Flour (besan), various spices, and seasonings into a dough and frying it to a golden hue. It can be used as a tea time snack or also in chaat like in Sev Puri and Bhel Puri as topping.
