Description

Mathri, a traditional North Indian snack, is a ready-to-eat treat that is suitable for both cold rainy days and hot summer days. It is made of crackers, which are crunchy and savoury, with a salty, flaky texture. The addition of Methi (fenugreek) to the mix further enhances the flavour. Mathri is usually served with pickle or tea.
