Khasta Rajasthani Kachori is one of the most popular snacks in the Rajasthan region. It is commonly served as a snack for the evening tea, particularly at festivals and wedding feasts. Khasta kachori are ‘crispy’ pastry shells filled with Urad Dal. They can be made well in advance and stored in an airtight container. They remain fresh for several weeks.
